Floor exercises
  • Straight leg lifts-20 each
  • bent leg lifts-20 each
  • alternate elbow to knee crunch-2o each
  • oblique crunch-25 each
  • straight arm crunch-20
  • neck support crunch-20
  • plank- 2 each stomach, left side, right side
  • donkey kick-25 each
  • push-ups-13 (5 man, 8 woman)
  • calf raises-15 each
